Orders are shipped within 2 business days by Canada Post. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

We have the right to deny free shipping if the delivery fee is beyond our estimated delivery costs. Yukon, NWT and Nunavut, and some USA areas and international orders may carry an additional charge. You will be contacted by email if this applies.

Return policy We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unopened product in its original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from the delivery date for a prompt refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We cannot process returns after 30 days. Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If more than 10 of the items from the order are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return. All others of the same item must be factory sealed original packaging for a refund.

Other Ways to Order We use the latest technology for security and privacy when ordering over the Internet. If you are still uncertain about placing your credit card online, but do not want to provide your credit card number on our website, please choose the call-in credit card option as your credit card type.  Then complete your order and phone us with your Order Confirmation Number and your card number and we will be happy to process your credit card transaction for you. If you do not have access to a computer, you may also order by phone, fax or mail.

Payment Choices For online, fax and phone orders we accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal.

Orders placed by mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order. Please ensure all cheque have name and address pre-printed. There will be a waiting period of 10 days for the cheque or money order to be cleared by the bank before we can ship the order.

Sales Tax   Orders sent to Canada  will automatically be charged sales tax(HST). Other USA and International destinations are not charged sales tax.
Shipping & Delivery   We have the right to cancel the order at our own judgement if the order is unreasonable or suspicious, hard to handle due to some reasons, based on our judgements.   Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. If other delivery methods are preferred except for Canada Post  Expedite or Korea Post Takbae, we use Fedex, DHL express delivery with tracking and/or requiring a signature) at an additional cost, please contact us before placing your order  
Canada and USA We ship usually by Canada post expedite with tracking number. Please note: we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.   South Korea We ship usually by Takbae express (Korea Post) with tracking method. Please make sure to check your customs authority whether ordered items are allowed to import. It is your responsibility to import. If it is returned due to customs, we are not responsible any expenses
All International Orders Except USA     All international orders except USA, we use Canada Post’s regular airmail without tracking number. Depending on the total value of the order, we may be able to ship through Canada Post Expedited with tracking number to some countries like Singapore or West Europe.  In case of shipping without tracking we do not know the delivery status, so we are not responsible for any damages, loss or delays which may occur during delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail before placing your order.


Please note there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations.


Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.  Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers’ credit card
