Canada Shipping Information:
Free Canada shipping is available on all orders over $35 after discounts and before taxes. All orders under $35 before tax are charged a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee or $8.99 depending on product.
Orders shipped through Standard or Free Shipping are shipped within 3 business days and delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
US Shipping Information:
We offer FREE US Shipping on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.
We have right to deny free shipping if the delivery fee is beyond our estimated delivery costs. Yukon, NWT and Nunavut, and some USA areas and international orders may carry additional charges. You will be contacted by email if this applies.
RETURNS :
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unopened product in original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from delivery date. Please inform us via email ahead of time before sending the item with your order number, your name, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

To ensure a smooth return procedure, please read the following conditions:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
- Returns are typically received within two weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our Return Team, please allow approximately 2-10 business days for it to process.
- We will refund the money 2-3 days after we confirm your returning products.
(After your return is processed, your refund will be credited back to the original payment form (credit, debit or PayPal). It usually takes a few days to see the credit back to your account, however, it may take up to one billing cycle for some payment types.)
